These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flow, operated by Anuron Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Flow provides tools for businesses to request reviews via email campaigns, QR codes, and landing pages; route customer feedback; and manage private feedback in a dashboard. Features vary by subscription plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free-tier accounts to circumvent limits
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages without proper consent
- Upload recipient lists you do not have permission to contact
- Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or rate limits
- Reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission
4. Your content & customer data
You retain ownership of content you upload (templates, landing page copy, recipient lists). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws (including consent for email campaigns) for your end customers.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- New accounts may receive a 14-day Pro trial
- Paid plans (Pro $5.99/mo, Premium $9.99/mo) are billed monthly in USD via GetPay unless otherwise stated
- Plan limits (locations, campaigns, team size) are enforced per your active plan
- You may cancel or change plans from your billing settings; access continues through the paid period
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance
6. Availability & changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practical. Beta or roadmap features may change or be withdrawn.
7. Intellectual property
Flow, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Anuron Technologies. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC REVIEW VOLUMES, RATINGS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANURON TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete data after a retention period.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
