  • High ratings — customers see links to leave a review on Google, Facebook, or other URLs you configure

  • Low ratings — customers see a private feedback form instead; messages land in your dashboard inbox

  • Configurable threshold — choose what counts as a positive rating (e.g. 4 or 5 stars)
