Anuron Technologies ("we", "us") operates Flow, a software-as-a-service platform for review requests, landing pages, and private customer feedback. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

This policy covers business users who register for Flow ("Customers") and end consumers who interact with review landing pages or feedback forms ("End Users").

Account & business data
- Name, email address, and password (hashed)
- Business name, locations, team members, and billing details
- Settings such as review links, landing page content, and routing rules
Campaign & usage data
- Email addresses you upload for campaigns (recipients)
- Campaign delivery, open, and click events
- QR code scan counts and timestamps
Feedback data
- Star ratings and messages submitted on landing pages
- Optional contact details if an end user provides them
Technical data
- IP address, browser type, and device information in server logs
- Cookies and session tokens for authentication
3. How we use data
- Provide and improve the Flow service
- Send transactional emails (account, billing, campaign delivery)
- Generate analytics for your dashboard
- Process payments through our payment provider (GetPay)
- Respond to support requests and enforce our terms
4. How Customers use End User data
If you are an End User submitting feedback on a customer's landing page, your data is processed on behalf of that business. They are responsible for their own privacy practices toward their customers. Contact the business directly for questions about how they use your feedback.
5. Sharing with service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the service, including:
- Virtual Private Server and database providers
- Email delivery (ZeptoMail or equivalent)
- Payment processing (Visa/Mastercard)
- File storage for CMS images (AWS S3)
These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under contractual obligations.
6. Data retention
We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and backup purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your rights

9. Children
Flow is a business product and is not directed at children under 16.
